TAMPA, Fla. -- Authorities are investigating how a man under arrest walked into a Tampa jail with a loaded handgun concealed in his clothes. According to a police report, officers twice missed the gun in the basketball shorts 22-year-old Curtis Young was wearing under his jeans.
